Euronet is committed to conducting its business according to the highest
standards of business ethics and integrity.  This Code of Business Conduct
and Ethics sets forth specific corporate policies governing the conduct of the
business of Euronet Worldwide, Inc., each of its subsidiaries and offices
worldwide and the ethical standards that each Director, Officer and employee
of Euronet should adhere to while acting on behalf of the Company.
 The Company expects that all employees will familiarize themselves with
the Code and exercise honesty, objectivity, diligence and act ethically in the
performance of their duties and responsibilities.

These standards are set forth to promote:

• Honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of actual or
  apparent conflicts of interest between personal and professional
  relationships;
• Full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure in reports and
  documents that Euronet files with, or submits to, the Securities and
  Exchange Commission ("SEC") and in other public communications made
  by the Company;
• Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations;
• The prompt internal reporting of violations of the Code; and Accountability
  for adherence to the Code
