How do I order paper rolls?
Paper rolls can be requested through a dedicated telephone line 08444 100 700. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 09.00 – 17.00hrs; however an answer machine service is available outside of these hours where you can leave your site details. Each box contains 20 rolls and you can order a maximum of 2 boxes per order. Although there is no charge for paper rolls, orders are monitored and epay rolls should be used for the epay terminal only. |

How do I order more mobile network swipe cards leaflets?
The mobile network leaflets are ordered independently. Please see below for the networks who currently supply network cards and their contact numbers: Â
 Orange no longer supply E Top-up leaflets to retailers but customers can order these directly by calling 0800 079 7777

How do I create a new Operator Code?
A new Operator Code is created manually on the terminal using your Admin Code. The Admin Code is a unique 5-digit number that is created independently of your Sales Code(s). If you are unsure of the Admin Code for your terminal please read the query, What do I do if I have lost my Admin Code?
