David Hammond
Finance Director

David assumed his role at epay as Finance Director in December 2009. He is a Chartered Accountant having trained with Deloitte & Touche in London.

Prior to epay, David held a number of senior finace roles including Finance Director at Transamerica Leasing, which leased and traded transportation equipment worldwide.

Roger Kruger

Head of Sales

Roger joined epay in March 2011 as Head of Sales, bringing a wealth of experience in sales within the foreign currency, prepaid card and money transfer markets in the UK and Europe.  As a member of the executive team, Roger is responsible for product sales through all of epay's existing retail relationships, as well as the independent retail network and sub-distributors. Roger also has an MBA from Ashridge Business School.

Prior to joining epay, Roger was the Sales and Marketing Director for Money Transfer International, where he was responsible for the business development and marketing strategy, across several European countries. 

Roger began his career in South Africa, where he held roles in sales and marketing within a number of e-commerce and financial organisations.  Since leaving in 1998, he developed his extensive experience designing strategic sales plans and leading high performance teams for a number of leading financial service companies. Roger was the Head of Business Planning & Integration at The Gift Voucher Shop (One4All), working in partnership with the Post Office; and held business development and marketing management positions at First Rate Exchange Services, a market leader within the UK foreign currency exchange industry.

Tony Foster
Head of Operations and Projects
 

After gaining a BA(Hons) Economics from Coventry University, Tony worked in sales and marketing before becoming Administration Manger for Computer People Group Plc in January 1985 where he managed a fleet of 85 vehicles, had responsibility for 8 offices nationwide (leases, re-fits, sourcing new premises), office equipment, telecoms, insurances; plus responsibility for 250 overseas placements a year - visas, travel, insurance, housing and schooling.
 
Tony then joined Twinchoice Ltd., a mobile phone and accessory distributors (latterly Banner Telecom Plc), as Administration Manager, then Logistics Manager looking after all back office functions plus a semi automated warehouse and despatch operation to UK and overseas clients. He then managed the company to achieve ISO9001 accreditation, and became part of the management team that grew the business substantially.
 
The owner (John Gardiner) sold the business to form epay Ltd. and asked Tony to join him at the start of the new venture as part of the management team. Tony now has responsibility for epay's UK and outsourced Customer Service teams, terminal field operations and the Company's Business Project Managers ensuring successful implementation of all new business projects.
